At Knami Helping Hands, our journey began from a deeply personal place, rooted in love, resilience, and the determination to create change. However just as much as our story matters, so does yours. That’s why our mission is built on the belief that everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and valued equally. Whether you're a parent navigating the world of special needs, an individual seeking support, or someone who simply wants to make a difference—your voice is essential. At Knami Helping Hands, we’re not just offering help—we’re building a community where every voice counts and every story inspires progress but we for we can ask you to open up to tell yours , its only fair we share our first.
Each member of our organization happens to be directly connected to individuals with autism so here at Knami's Helping Hands , we OVER-STAND. The resources we provide have all been needed during hardships we've personally encountered along our journey and now as a team we strive to create a environment and organization that allows Knami's helping hands to alleviate some of the hardships we personally faced with in communities and families that are facing the same needs. In short purpose of this organization is to improve the quality of life for children and families affected or diagnosed with autism. By providing financial assistance, Parental and adolescence guidance, along with a sense of empowerment to individuals on an emotional and physical level. We want to assist children and individuals with Autism to live the closest to a "comfortable" and "normal" as they can. By providing sensory objects, helping families find resources like ABA or Speech Centers near them, assisting with medical bills, as well as assisting with birthday parties for children's whose parents are facing a financial hardship we strive to bring households and communities closer.

At just 25 years old, Autmn M. Jones brings a rare blend of financial expertise, executive vision, and heartfelt purpose to the helm of Knami’s Helping Hands. With a career that began at the age of 18 in the financial sector, Autmn quickly climbed the ranks, working with institutions like First National Bank and later making her mark at leading brokerage firms such as TD Ameritrade.

At 30 years old, Kalieffe Thompson brings a powerful combination of experience, empathy, and action to his role as Co-Founder of Knami’s Helping Hands. As the devoted parent of a child on the autism spectrum, Kalieffe’s mission is deeply personal: to help create safe, sensory-friendly environments in every community , providing spaces where all children can feel seen, supported, and free to thrive.

Ms. Hoskin brings decades of compassion, resilience, and leadership to her role on the Board of Directors at Knami’s Helping Hands. As a proud grandmother to a child on the autism spectrum and a lifelong caregiver to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Yolanda’s journey has always been centered around serving others.

Jones whom is not only the founder of Knami's Helping Hands but is also a mother of an autistic non-verbal child herself, whom's name is Knami Thompson, & this is how their reality became their story like many others;
