Yolanda Hoskin
Ms. Hoskins brings decades of compassion, resilience, and leadership to her role on the Board of Directors at Knami’s Helping Hands. As a proud grandmother to a child on the autism spectrum and a lifelong caregiver to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Yolanda’s journey has always been centered around serving others.
A natural-born Advocate and Entrepreneur, Yolanda successfully ran her own businesses and helped found 2 others during a span of time over 15 years before turning her focus toward broader impact. Her hands-on experience and deep empathy make her an invaluable voice in advocating for families, caregivers, and those navigating the sensory and autism support space.
Her desire to do more than one person could alone led her to join Knami’s mission—amplifying her reach and impact through collective action. Yolanda believes in the power of community and the importance of building inclusive spaces that uplift, empower, and nurture those who need it most.
Today, she stands as a pillar of strength and warmth within the organization, guiding family-focused initiatives and helping Knami’s Workshop extend its reach to underserved communities near and far.

Its never to late to give back
Being autistic is not a choice, however accepting them is so remember, helping one person might not change the whole world, but it could help us change one community at a time and at the very least it will always change the world for the individuals we directly assist.
No one is asking for a hand out, but we are asking that you give Knami's Helping Hand's a helping hand so we can help those who help those who can't help their self ❤️
